In early 2014, Paige opened the doors of Paige Construction and became the CEO. Paige Construction is a 100% woman owned and self-performs environmental abatement and demolition. When the pandemic hit, she pivoted the company to perform COVID19 Disinfectant cleaning, industrial cleaning, construction final cleaning, and ISO Division 7 clean room cleaning. They service automotive, healthcare, commercial, industrial and education. Paige manages crew sizes of 2 up to 50+ union laborers on various projects.
Paige works hard to recognize her team and all of their accomplishments because she puts her employees first. She provides substantial contributions to the industry. Paige Aubin is one of the most incredible characters in business that her nominator has had the pleasure to work with. She is a pioneer of her industry with an incredible work ethic and class. She deserves this award because of her many years of knowledge in the Field and because she is a Women Business Owner.
Paige Construction is the recipient of the 2019 New Distinguished Constructor award for performing work under ethical practices. Paige was personally recognized and received an award by the State of Michigan and Wayne County Commissioners office for being the first female in her field in March 2020. She is also an award recipient of Notable Women in Construction from Crains Detroit 2022.
