Sarah Bijlani has been with O'Brien Construction, working in the construction industry, for 18 years. She has her Master's degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. At one point or another, Sarah has held nearly every position in the company, working in both the field and office. Sarah's nomination to be recognized as a notable women in construction is because of her mentorship to young professionals at the organization. Sarah has a breadth of knowledge related to general contracting and construction management, the company's history, and risk management. She is approachable, has an open door policy, and is the true definition of servant leadership.
